Hume was part of a Daviess County team that concluded the 2025 season with a solid record of 28-7. Her Atlanta Premier Elite Pitt team took part in the Big Orange Showcase at Tennessee and departed from Rocky Top on top as champions. Hume hurled three consecutive shutouts. In the circle, she struck out 19 batters in 18 innings with an ERA of 1.17. At the plate, she batted a robust .750. Her travel ball career also includes a stint with Indiana Magic Gold 07-Wilke.

Katie Trela's Mavericks 16U Showcase team was one of the teams on hand at a recent invite in northern Virginia. At that invite, she took to the circle in four contests and fanned 12 batters. Her weekend also included a two-hit shutout. Her team also put together a successful weekend because of her work at the plate, as she hit .625. Trela has one tournament remaining on her schedule for this summer season—the USSSA Nationals in Maryland from July 27 to Aug. 2. She was a part of a South Brunswick team that last season qualified for the quarterfinals of the NJSIAA Central Group 4 tournament.

Speaking of Northeastern prospects, Lily Tuberdyke and her Clarence Red Devils 16U Jordan team had a banner showing at the Strut Your Game Showcase in Upstate New York. Not only did the team win the tournament championship, but Tuberdyke was named MVP of the invite. She also claimed individual achievements from the weekend, including reaching the 100-strikeout plateau for the summer campaign. During that weekend, she threw 19 innings in the circle while only allowing one walk along with 24 strikeouts. Tuberdyke also had a productive time at the dish at Strut Your Game with a .500 average, five singles, two triples and one home run. Her Lancaster team this past season finished with a 17-5 record and a 3A state championship.

Olivia Pierce is a 2028 prospect who plays up in class on the VA Phoenix Wood 16U squad. She is used to wearing red on the softball diamond, as she wears the red of her travel team and the red of her Lord Botetourt school in west-central Virginia. Her club team took part in three games at the USA Softball National Championship in Salem. Pierce was in the circle for 15 innings that weekend and only allowed one earned run. She also struck out 21 hitters. Recently, her squad played up in class in the 16U division of the Tennessee Valley Exposure in northern Alabama. At the plate, she batted .556 at that tournament with a pair of doubles and a triple. Sutton also plated eight runs. She also had a chance to toss a few innings in the circle, where she did give up a couple earned runs and walked three, but also struck out a pair of batters. This past season in middle school ball, she hit .467 with 89 strikeouts in more than 55 innings with a 1.13 ERA. She joined the Chelsea High School team during the state tournament and will play her first full season with the Hornets in 2026.
