While Teagan Belcher is building a noteworthy profile as a pitcher, she can also give a team productivity on defense as a utility player. Belcher is another player who has a USSSA All-American selection on her list of achievements. Her summer included helping her Strykers Mata 2031 team win a 12U USFA Texas State Championship in May. One of those matchups at that invite would result in Belcher being part of a no-hit performance. Belcher has also had the opportunity to play up in 14U competition. We at Prep Softball recognized Belcher back in April as a two-way player from the 2031 class who was building momentum on the recruiting trail. 

Teagan Belcher continues to establish herself as a well-rounded two-way player with the ability to impact both sides of the game. Earning USSSA All-State and All-American honors, she has already proven she can perform among top competition, and her growth trajectory points to even more success ahead. In the circle, Belcher shows natural feel and athleticism, paired with a willingness to learn and improve. She is putting in consistent work through private lessons, focusing on refining her mechanics, improving command, and building the foundation needed to compete at higher levels. That commitment is showing up in her ability to handle stronger lineups and stay composed against quality hitters. Offensively, Belcher brings a confident presence to the box. She continues to make strides with her power, recently reaching a personal record exit velocity of 65 mph, which reflects the strength gains and swing efficiency she has been developing. She is not just a power threat, but also a hitter who is learning how to adjust and compete against high-level pitching.
