Marlee Zornes prioritizes her hitting and defensive performance behind the dish as she continues to make strides forward in her skill development. Zornes recently helped her Unity team to an undefeated record and tournament championship at the Super Select Fall Futures event, driving in two runs against the Ohio Heat in a key game toward the title quest. That result came off of a standout tournament in August, where she hit .571 in the one-day event. Zornes will only continue to grow as she gets more time on the diamond and gains more playing experience.
