2032 Players Making The Most Of Their Fall Opportunities

The Virginia native recently hit .500 at the Alliance Super Cup with a 1.750 OPS and also drove in four runs. The following week, Johnson hit a big home run for her Ruritan Nationals team against the RVA Warriors in the first inning to set her team up for a win. Zornes recently helped her Unity team to an undefeated record and tournament championship at the Super Select Fall Futures event, driving in two runs against the Ohio Heat in a key game toward the title quest. That result came off of a standout tournament in August, where she hit .571 in the one-day event. In her first at-bat of the fall season, Smith hit an RBI triple and has not looked back since, making key play after key play for her new team. In a recent four-game day, Smith drove in six runs, including three in a big win with a bases-clearing triple to close out the day. Back in July, Smith helped the NC Rockers with a .667 average in her first day with the team, not striking out at all and playing catcher for the squad. She kicked off her fall campaign with the KY Bombers by going undefeated and winning a tournament championship. The catcher also subbed in for a Beverly Bandits team back in late August and hit a home run while batting .600. While down two runs in a Diamond Legacy event in Oklahoma, Trail hit a three-run home run to give her team the tournament crown. Across the weekend, she hit .529 while driving in 11 runs, being a consistent presence for her team, who can also step up under pressure.
