Smith finished her regular season with a team-high .435 average, scoring 35 runs over the course of the season and stealing 17 bases. She also maintained a perfect fielding percentage during the regular season. During the postseason, Smith’s performance stepped up even more. She hit .455 in the first round and .600 in the second round to help Brock become area champions. She will attend Florida’s prospect camp in June as she looks to get her name out there further.
