A 4.0 student-athlete at Lakeside High School in Georgia, Hayden Zimmerman is used to stepping into different roles for her teams whenever she is called upon to do so. Zimmerman, who competes in travel ball for Complete Game 16U, plays a multitude of positions on the softball field, including pitcher, third base, second base, and first base. A switch-hitter, Zimmerman throws and pitches with her right hand, but can bat from the left side if she is told to. She attended camp at Georgia Southern back in January, and is gearing up for a big summer of softball ahead.
