Expert Analysis
Jack Church | Prep Softball Scout
Aubrey McConnell is a name to watch in the future both offensively and defensively. In her high school season, McConnell hit .480 with 38 RBI and just two strikeouts in a First-Team All-Conference season. In her summer club campaign with Beverly Bandits, she was part of many big wins both in the lineup and behind the dish. McConnell recently recorded a throwing velocity of 71 miles per hour and a 1.60-second pop time as part of her defensive skill set at catcher. McConnell recently attended camp at Auburn, and more college interest will likely come as she continues her recruiting journey.
