2030s Who Play The Game With Fearless Energy

Leaders are typically born early on and possess incredible fearlessness in their approach to the game. Doing all of that as a young player, or before you even crack into a varsity roster, is a rare talent to have.   Below, Prep Softball highlights four players from the class of 2030 who have already shown a tremendous leadership profile by playing with fearless energy every time they step onto the softball field.    Daniella Neve has essentially been in the softball spotlight since she first stepped onto the field. The South Fayette middle infielder has already garnered incredible awards and boosted herself into the conversation of being a top recruit in the class of 2030. She's the hardest throwing player in her class and a budding star in the making. Daniella works tirelessly to improve her bat while always being able to step up at any position she plays around the diamond. Her social media accounts have pages and pages of workout videos on them, with each one showing Daniella getting better at a different softball-related skill.     Ellie Fleming's fierce energy is infectious, and when she steps into the circle for every start, it's clear the game will be dictated on her own terms. The tall lefty hurler earned herself a spot on the USA All-American team last year, and she just finished an absolutely dominant fall season. Ellie is topping out in the mid-60s and has dazzling offspeed stuff that allows her to work through lineups with ease. Her teammates feed off of that energy, and take after her excitement and tenacity all throughout her incredible outings in the circle.     When her time at Brame is all said and done, Bailee Texada could very likely be the top-rated outfield prospect in her class. She plays two years above her age group, and is one of the best players on her Lady Dukes Premier team. It's led to camps at top-end colleges like Georgia, and that early taste of success has driven her to become an even better competitor. Bailee flies around the outfield and plays a commanding center field, patrolling everywhere she can reach and making sure her three-person unit works as one. She's the type of fielder and batter every coach wants on their team and can rely on each day.     Peyton White has relentlessly improved her game each year, and each offseason she gets better at something different. Whether it's gunning down players with her sub-two second pop time or being a vacuum at first base, Peyton is a tremendous athlete. She's a commanding presence behind the plate and at first base, demonstrating her skills as a vocal leader of the infield who is involved in nearly every play. Peyton has already experienced tremendous success and has visited top-level colleges like Georgia even before she enters high school. She's well on her way to a really successful high school and club ball career.
