Playing up a year on a highly competitive 14U Impact Gold Premier team that regularly competes against 16U and 18U teams, Dylynn Benson stands tall and welcomes the challenge. Her main plate discipline is driving the ball through the third-base and shortstop gap or down the first base line, but she also has a high success rate when dropping bunts down. To pair with her right-side small-ball game, Benson has been working on refining her bunting and slapping skills from the left side of the plate. Being able to bunt from both sides of the plate will set her apart from so many athletes as she continues to compete, especially with her speed from home to first.

Audrey Stephens plays for the standout Tennessee Mojo organization, which does an excellent job of uplifting its players and preparing them to compete at a high level. With her dedication both on and off the field, Stephens is setting herself apart as a noticeable slugger. She has increased her exit velocity and line-drive productivity by polishing her hitting mechanics. The consistency she brings to her team makes her a formidable challenge for any opposition.

This lefty seventh-grader is an absolute wizard at the plate; not only is she playing up a year, but she's also spot-hitting with high accuracy. Gabby Chun's elite hand-eye coordination and barrel control speak volumes about her drive to succeed at a very high level and her follow-through outside normal practice hours to achieve that success. Playing on both turf and dirt can be a difficult transition for someone who primarily slaps if they don't understand how to pull off their swing or place the ball to give themselves time to get to first base, but Chun transitions seamlessly from turf to dirt. Her ability to threaten an opposing team either in short-game situations or by forcing high-pressure stress is impressive, and her speed around the bases should put her firmly into the leadoff or No. 2 spot in any lineup.

With this young power hitter already hitting home runs to deep center field, the ceiling for her game-changing ability is bewildering. Amillia Pritchard has an excellent group of coaches with the very established Ohio Lasers organization. As she continues to develop her skills, I expect her slugging numbers to improve, along with her situational hitting ability and launch angle. Two aspects of her swing stand out to me above others in her class: one is her seemingly effortless extension through the zone and the distance the ball travels, and the other is her ability to match the pitch plane, which allows her a better opportunity to handle velocity up in the zone.

Playing in the extremely competitive state of Texas, Monroe Brown is mature beyond her years and operates with impressive poise. She stands out as an explosive power hitter with early pitch recognition and lightning hands through the zone. Brown is a tempo-setter for her team, and she hasn't shied away from high-pressure situations that require focus and intent. The combination of her hand speed and exit velocity is staggering and absolutely catches opposing defenses on their heels. Brown is a flat-out run producer and is building momentum to be at the top of any college coach's radar.
