2029s Who Made The Most Of The Summer Season

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>With August now one day away, the summer travel softball season has come to an end for many college prospects around the country.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>But an eventful summer it was. The catcher and first baseman plays club ball for CT (GA) Impact 14U Premier Sears/Clark and also competes for Wilton High School, where she maintains a 3.9 GPA. West demonstrated impressive power this summer at the plate, and performed at a high level while her Impact team faced challenging competition. The four-sport athlete for Mt. Zion-Carroll also plays club softball for Stars National 16U Ward- GA. Not only does she play softball, flag football, basketball, and run track, but she also maintains a 4.0 GPA in the classroom, showing that she is just as dedicated to her studies as she is to her athletic pursuits. With her secondary position being center field, Honkisz demonstrates a ton of versatility and athleticism on the softball diamond. The Marist High School standout also plays club softball for Chicago Cheetahs 16U Lukasik, and just finished a competitive summer ball schedule with her squad. The standout for Westlake High School and Texas Blaze Gold Escalante plays shortstop, second base, and catcher for her squads, demonstrating a level of athleticism and skill that not many players her age possess. While she prides herself on her defense, she can also get it done with her bat, and can hit for both power and average at the plate. While she bats lefty, she throws with her right hand and holds things down for her teams at first base. Maintaining a 3.3 GPA in the classroom and competing on the softball field for Bishop Amat High School, Jimenez also plays club softball for OC Batbusters Legacy Maroon 14U.
