Macie Moench is the type of player coaches love having in the lineup because she just understands the game. Playing for Beverly Bandits Premier 12U-Estep, Moench has been trusted all over the field thanks to her versatility, awareness, and steady presence in big moments. At the plate, she does a great job working counts, seeing a lot of pitches, and making pitchers earn every out. She's not someone who gives away at-bats, and she competes every single time she steps in the box. Her softball IQ and ability to handle different situations make her a huge piece of her team.     Milena Blasi is the type of hitter who competes through every single at-bat. The Unity 12U Blasi/Johnson standout does a great job controlling the strike zone, working deep counts, and making pitchers earn outs instead of giving away pitches. She plays with confidence in the box and has a strong feel for when to stay patient and when to attack pitches. Blasi also puts pressure on defenses with her speed and athleticism, finding different ways to impact the game offensively. Her edge, energy, and competitive mindset continue to make her one of the rising players to watch in the 2032 class.     Madison Miller continues to prove why she's one of the toughest outs in the 2032 class. The Lasers 2031 Steed standout is a consistent contact hitter. She does a great job controlling the strike zone and working deep into counts. As a leadoff hitter, she sets the tone offensively with her ability to get on base, stay disciplined, and put pressure on defenses. She hit .539 with a .578 OBP and a .980 slugging percentage in the fall, and is batting .657 with a .684 OBP this spring. Miller's combination of consistency and patience makes her a difficult matchup every time she steps into the box.     Maylee Laymon continues to stand out as one of the more advanced young catchers in the 2032 class. The Unity Blasi/Johnson backstop brings a calm, confident presence behind the plate and handles the game with a high softball IQ. She works well for her pitchers, receives cleanly, and understands counts and momentum. At the plate, Laymon already shows the ability to control the strike zone, stay disciplined, work deep counts, and make pitchers earn every out. She consistently puts together competitive at-bats and does a great job finding quality contact. Her consistency and feel for the game continue to make her a player to watch.     Paisley Coffey has been one of the toughest outs at the plate in the 2032 class. She consistently controls the strike zone and puts together quality at-bats for New Level Coffey. Out of 99 plate appearances since August, she's recorded 65 quality at-bats with only 6 strikeouts, while drawing 15 walks and posting an impressive 93.62% contact rate on swings. Coffey hits well in big moments too, driving in 40 runs with 10 of those coming with two outs, while batting .564 with runners in scoring position. She's a true stud offensively who competes every at-bat. She impacts the game behind the plate as well with strong framing skills and the ability to consistently earn called strikes for her pitchers.
