2030 Arms That Are Racking Up Strikeouts

In the first tournament of the season with the East Texas Bombers, she racked up 20 strikeouts over the weekend. Her confidence and excellent mechanics carry her far in the circle; not to mention her wide arsenal of pitches to choose from, including a changeup, drop ball, screwball, and rise ball. She recently clocked in at 63 mph in velocity, and puts in the work daily to improve her spin rate. When she's not on the softball field, she also plays volleyball and runs track. In her first season of 14U play, she faced 257 batters, compiled 34 strikeouts, and finished with a 4.89 ERA. After a quick offseason, she is back and better than ever. In the opening tournament of the spring season, she faced 13 batters and held them to a .083 batting average. Her strike percentage was 64%, and her first pitch strike percentage for the weekend was an even better 69%. With that level of control, she is poised for success in the year ahead. She fields her position well, and also plays a strong second base. In the first tournament of the season for her Impact Gold Squad, she confounded batters with 20 strikeouts over 14 innings pitched, and had a strike percentage of nearly 70%. The following month at the Top Club National Spring Invite, she collected 15 strikeouts over 16.3 innings pitched. In total, so far this season, she has 55 strikeouts. She has a nasty rise ball with plenty of movement and a solid knee-buckler for her off-speed pitch. The tall right-hander from the Prairie State has solid mechanics, a good looking rise ball, impressive control, and plenty of movement on her pitches. She also keeps a steady pace in the circle, which is an underrated asset. She manages to bring just as much skill to the plate as well. At a tournament in February, she threw four scoreless innings in the circle, and drove in six runs for her team at the plate. She puts plenty of work in behind the scenes in the weight room, the batting cages, and on the field. She pitched 19 scoreless innings and racked up 26 strikeouts. Pretty good, right? It turned out, that performance was just a warmup. The following weekend, she pitched 21.5 innings and struck out an astounding 38 batters. She has kept that momentum going into 2026. Recently, she set a new deadlift personal record of 220 pounds, and hit 60.6 mph on the radar gun from the circle. She has a crazy amount of spin, plenty of confidence, and all kinds of movement on her pitches. Perhaps more important, she takes the time to teach younger girls how to pitch.
