Lorelei Gamble is once again displaying why she is more than worthy of sporting Longhorns burnt orange in the collegiate ranks given that she is a Texas commit. Her Tigers of Dripping Springs finished last season with a 31-11-1 record and have started the 2026 campaign with a 11-2-1 mark. Gamble has been in the batting order in all 14 games this season so far for the Tigers, and has already posted a .714 batting average. She has also already slugged 11 home runs, in addition to collecting 28 RBIs and scoring 18 runs of her own. Four doubles and a pair of triples have also been part of her 2026 resume already.

The Panthers of 3A Wicksburg have won 40 games the past three seasons. And as long as Anleigh Wood continues to bring her prolific bat with her, the Panthers will stay in the win column more often than not. Wood has played at the varsity level since she was a seventh grader. In the six games that the Panthers have played this season, she has already put together a batting average of .733. That average includes four home runs, three doubles, and nine runs driven in. Wood has proven herself to be one of the toughest 2028 outs in the Yellowhammer State, as evidenced by her .778 on-base percentage.

Zoriah Martin is looking to lift her 3A St. Patrick Catholic team to another 20-win season, following the Fighting Irish's 21-win campaign in 2025. She is the one a team wants at the plate when there are runners on base, as she currently has the state lead for runs batted in with 19. Martin has also showcased her ability to hit for contact, as her 2026 has also included two doubles and one triple so far. Martin is a three-sport athlete who also excels as a volleyball and soccer standout, in addition to her softball accolades. Defensively, Martin can operate either at third base or as a utility player.

Hailey Ramirez's powerful bat is a reason why the Eagles of Valley View have started their 2026 season at a perfect 5-0. She recently slugged her first home run of the season, which was a grand slam that contributed to the Eagles earning a 7-1 victory over Chino. Ramirez is one of seven 2028s on this year's Valley View squad. In those five games, she has plated 13 runs in addition to her .385 batting average. Through those first five games, Ramirez has also built a .615 slugging percentage, while only striking out on two occasions.

After hitting .420, displaying a .508 on-base percentage, and stealing 10 bases during the fall travel season with Louisiana Bombers Gold National 10, Lylah Madere was looking to translate that success into a solid 2026 campaign with St. Thomas Aquinas. The Falcons have started the season 6-3, in addition to winning their first five contests to begin the regular season. Madere already has a batting average of .600, in addition to four home runs and 10 RBIs. She has also delivered three doubles and two triples, while scoring 20 runs for the Falcons. Madere thrives as a lefty slapper who can play defensively as a utility player, but primarily serves as an outfielder for her teams.
