Jocelyn Fender didn't just play up, she leveled up. The lefty outfielder skipped her second year of 14U to join the competitive Bullets squad, and she didn't miss a beat. Batting .302 this summer with a sharp .401 OBP against top-tier competition, Jocelyn proved she's got both power and plate discipline. She's strong, fast, and fearless in the outfield, where she's become known for highlight-reel catches and game-saving plays. Jocelyn's performance turned heads and showed she's more than ready for the next level.

Brooke Rosario made the most of her time at the 16U level this season. The 2028 middle infielder brought a strong all-around game, highlighted by four home runs in Colorado and an impressive 17-hit showing in Kansas City. She's a major threat in her teams' lineups with power and consistency, and she backs it up with solid defense and smart baserunning. Earlier this year, Brooke earned All-Region honors as just a freshman, which served as another sign that she's a name to know in the coming seasons.

Olivia Laymance didn't let age or a mid-season injury slow her down. The 2028 lefty played for an 18U team this summer, showing her versatility as a pitcher, first baseman, and outfielder. Despite being sidelined for part of the season, Olivia made the most of her opportunities, delivering strong outings in the circle and launching a few home runs at the plate. Her ability to contribute in multiple roles makes her a valuable asset to her teams and a player to keep an eye on.

Khylee Webber covered a lot of ground this summer, both literally and figuratively. The 2028 pitcher played across multiple age groups, from 14U all the way up to 18U, and held her own at every level. Standing at 5'2", Khylee brings a deceptive edge to the circle with a 20 mph difference between her fastball and changeup, keeping hitters off balance. She's also a reliable defender and a slapper at the plate who uses her speed to get on base and create pressure on opposing defenses. Her versatility and competitiveness made her a valuable contributor all season long.

Tiffany Mewshaw is another 2028 softball prospect who stepped into older competition and didn't miss a beat. Splitting her summer between 16U and 18U play, she showed poise and versatility as a right-handed pitcher and infielder. Tiffany brings a solid mix of pitches to the circle and consistently delivers at the plate, making her a steady contributor in both roles. Her ability to compete confidently at higher levels of the game speaks to her maturity and talented skill set.
