2027 Stock Risers From The Southeast

She is a multi-sport athlete who also competes in volleyball and cheerleading alongside her softball accomplishments. As her 13 home runs at the time of this writing display, Rocker is a power hitter. That big bat is a major reason why 4A Jackson compiled a 25-7 record as of this writing—not to mention going 4-0 against teams from its Area 2 region. Not only does she hit for power, but Rocker also understands the art of getting on base. Stella Eichhorn also plays basketball in addition to softball. She first played at the varsity level as an eighth grader and has posted some of her best numbers this season. Eichhorn had played in 14 games this season for the Hornets at the time of this writing, and boasts a .543 average. She has plated 27 Ware Shoals runs along with scoring 24 of her own. A product of the Fury Premier 2027 Robinson program, Hill has thrived at the plate for the Rams. She finished the 2023-24 season with a .465 average and has followed that up by batting .549 this season at the time of this writing. Much to the delight of many a Grace Christian aficionado, she began her sophomore campaign with four home runs in her first four games. The Patriots of 6A Pace in Florida had compiled a 18-3 record at the time of this writing in large part because of the right arm of Hannah DeMarcus. In addition to sporting the red, white and blue Pace uniform, she also plays travel softball for Georgia Impact Premier Taylor. One can see why her profile is rapidly on the rise—she has compiled a 17-2 record with an ERA of 0.33 this year. DeMarcus also reached the 300-strikeout club for the season in a 3-1 Patriots victory over Jay. The lightning-quick release the rising North Buncombe star has when delivering the ball to her catcher leaves many batters frustrated and confused. A signature game of Hunter's 2025 high school campaign occurred on March 14. It was then that she threw a perfect game in a five-inning, 10-0 run-rule victory over inter-county rival 4A T.C. Roberson. That game would see Hunter retire 14 of 15 Rams hitters via the strikeout. She also boasts one of the best ERAs in North Carolina at 0.63 and had fanned 201 batters at the time of this writing.
