Taylor Jennings followed up a very good freshman year with an even better sophomore campaign, hitting .500 with a 1.014 slugging percentage, 10 home runs and 35 runs scored in 20 games. She hit safely in every game but one this year, including a string of four consecutive three-hit games in April, and she scored at least one run in every game after the season opener. Batting from the left side, Jennings has a complete spray chart and is aggressive in taking extra bases, and she is especially adept at extending her arms for outside pitches and hitting them for opposite-field power. She has gone to camps at Arkansas, Tennessee, Clemson, UCLA and Oklahoma State in the last year, and other great college programs are also showing interest.
