Representing both hitting and fielding prowess, Scarlett LeCompte finds herself among the best in her age group. At the recent Bearcat Bash event, LeCompte helped her team to a tournament win with a .583 batting average and two home runs while being an important piece of Hartselle’s defensive lineup, building on a foundation set during the fall season with the Southern Force. LeCompte attended Jacksonville State’s hitting camp in January, getting some advice to start the spring season. She has taken all opportunities so far and is expected to continue to grow within Hartselle’s team and beyond.
