How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Naomi is very strategic with a lot of movement, she plays the game at her pace, and keeps batters on her toes

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Very goal oriented and driven.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

National Junior Honor Society, National Junior Beta club, And enrolled in honor classes

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Teamwork is very important and without it you won’t accomplish much. There is no “I” in TEAM

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Yes I have been told numerous of times I will never be a good enough pitcher and I just kept working and battling through the doubt.

What type of college are you looking for?

I want to be a Vet when I grow up so definitely something with a strong science program that will prepare me for graduate school.

Naomi Scott is developing the tools she needs to become one of the top pitchers in her class going forward. Scott played at the high school JV level during her seventh-grade season at Barnwell, getting in 24 innings of work and striking out 53 opponents. At the club level in the spring, Scott played with Georgia Impact and was an important arm for the team. She finished May with a complete-game win against 14U competition, allowing just three hits while recording one at the plate. The top pitchers never take a pitch off, and Scott is no exception with her demeanor and skill in the circle.
