About Myla

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I am a bulldog on the mound. Game on the line and I want the ball in my hand.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

When I am on the field I am laser focused and locked in on the game nothing else matters and then off the field I have a very bubbly upbeat personality.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Student council and young authors

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I am a strong leader and try not to lead by talking but to lead by example. I give 100 percent hustle and effort in anything I do. I won't be held back. I am very tough and will push through pain. I try to have a great attitude in whatever I do. I love being with my teammates on and off the field.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I was hit with a line drive in the chest as a pitcher with no chest protector on and it took me a while to get back to where I was not flinching every time I threw a pitch

What type of college are you looking for?

I am open to any and all colleges and universities that have the degrees I am interested in pursuing and that are just an overall great fit with the right people and environment.
