About Lila

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Versatile, intelligent, aggressive, and unpredictable. Triple-threat lefty. Bunt, slap, gap-hitter. LHP/OF known for putting spin on the ball with a 6 pitch arsenal. Effectively keeping hitters guessing. When not on the mound I'm covering ground in the outfield using speed, arm strength, and accuracy.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I am driven and hard working. Always willing to do whatever it takes for my team. My grit and focus is balanced with a fun, light-hearted dugout presence that I think helps energize my teammates and build chemistry. I want to win AND I want to have a good time doing it :)

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Student council IHSA Student Athlete Rep for my school

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

As part of the student council I have developed leadership and teamwork skills. Helping to organize and execute student body events and projects. I have participated in volunteer work with my team working at the local food pantry.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for a college who values female student/athletes. I want a school that will work together with my academic schedule and help me reach my highest potential. I want a school that has a positive, healthy culture. I am open to all division levels.
