The catcher, third baseman, and shortstop has versatility that allows her to play three very demanding positions at a high level. Maintaining a 94.25 average in the classroom at Sussex Tech, Hearne gets it done both on the field and with her studies. Named a Second-Team All-Conference selection, Hearne has the ability to hit for both power and average. She puts in extra work off the softball field by taking hitting lessons in her free time.
