How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I would describe my gameplay style as “whatever is best for the team” meaning I will play wherever my team needs me and bat at whatever position is best for my team to succeed. If coach needs me to do something or play somewhere I will make sure I get the job done.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

My mentality is very loud on the field. Where I can be intense and even intimidating to some, I am locked in and focused. I am usually the loudest in the dug out and on the field making sure to keep my energy high and be the leader my team expects me to be. My personality is bubbly making sure everyone on my team feels welcome and seen. Many times being the first to introduce myself to new players

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Yes. I am apart of student council, I have received student of the month as well as PE student of the year.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

This year I was voted in by my teammates to be the team Captain. I often pick up for other teams not only to get game reps but to meet other players and coaches. I often partake in open field play where I get to mentor younger athletes and help them develop their skills on the field.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I have faced many injuries, 3 broken bones, some I played through and others where I couldn’t play I was still there being a captain helping my teammates with their struggles and cheering them on. It’s challenging because you want to help on the field, you have to have inner strength to know you can help your team in other ways, mentally and by keeping my energy high.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for a college that has Marine Biology as a major. That has a great Science program and that has a softball program. I would love a D1 college but I am open to other opportunities.
