Player Bio
How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?
My gameplay style is to always be focused 100% ! I have a great softball IQ, solid glove with quick reflexes, fast hands and strong bat. I bring energy and positivity to my teammates and the game. If I am playing well, I stay humble and present. And if I am off in a game, I shake it off, adjust and put the effort in to fixing what didn’t work. This game is skills and mental toughness.
Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?
My mentality and personality has always been positivity in any situation. Playing multiple sports my whole life has taught me how to be a leader on and off the field. How you handle the pressure, defeats or wins in this game can make or break not only your game, but your teams success.
Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?
I am part of Leadership.
What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?
Playing multiple team sports has taught me a lot about leadership and being a positive presence on the field or court. No matter what team or sport I am currently playing, being a supporter and champion of others is super important to me. I also volunteer with the middle school team as they will soon play with me at the high school level and I want to help them develop and feel welcomed into HS.
Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.
The end of my 14U, prior to starting high school I dislocated my (catching) shoulder 3 times during the season. I made the choice to have surgery so I could participate in sports as a freshman. I worked hard at rehabilitation and was back playing softball in two months!
What type of college are you looking for?
I am looking for a four year college where I can play the game I love, meet wonderful people and receive my degree in Education. I would love to be a Kindergarten teacher and a coach.
