About Ella

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Team First! My gameplay is all hustle and competing. I love the game and competition.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

When I am playing in a game I am mentally strong throughout the game and demand the most of out of myself. I love to compete and hustle. Off the field I am a kind and respectful person and a great friend. I love to joke around and have fun too.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am involved in National Junior Honor Society as well as being a Web Leader. Both those honors were awarded to me while in middle school.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Being a competitive athlete I have learned how to step into a leadership role. Being a leader to me is holding myself and teammates accountable for their effort and preparation. Leading by example also.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I attack challenges first by seeing the challenge and working to find a way to overcome it. I put in the work on and off the field to make myself better, which in turn makes my team better.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for a college that fits both academically, athletically, and socially. I want my college experience to be one of the greatest times in my life.
