How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I am ultra competitive and give it everything I have to win each at bat. I am a very serious player. I take practice just as serious and competitively as game day. I truly believe you will play like you practice, so every practice I am working like the world series is on the line. When I am pitching, I like to get ahead in the count so I can let the batter know that I am the one in control.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I have shaped my sports mentality to be like Kobe Bryant's "Mamba Mentality". Mamba Mentality embodies a mindset of constant self-improvement, fierce competitiveness, and an unwavering work ethic to be the best version of yourself in sports and life. I take my game very seriously and it has become my life. Personality wise, I am fun to be around, a little shy, and strive to be kind to everyone.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

It is technically non sport because it was given to me by a teacher at my school! In 2025, I was awarded the "Most Outstanding Student" award by the Physical Education Department at my school. I am very involved with my church, where I participate in a youth bible study every day. I also enjoy volunteering my time to teach pitching lessons and umpire for girls youth softball in my community.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

As a Freshman, I was thrown into a leadership position on my Varsity Softball team as the starting pitcher right off the bat. I had girls who were 2, 3, and 4 years older than me looking up to me for advice on the game. We really created a special bond this season as I helped lead the team to a 15-7 finish and took them to Colorado State play offs for the first time in a decade.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Probably the biggest challenge was my mental game when I was 12. There was a season I struggled to even make it through a game without crying. I had major anxiety and would beat myself up every time I made a mistake. At that point I had to decide if I was going to give up and make excuses or if I was going to work harder and believe in myself. I'm proud to say I did not give up.

What type of college are you looking for?

Ultimately, I would love to go to school and play softball as a two-way player. I have a passion for hitting as well as pitching, so I would love to be able to do both as I move on to the next level. I would be honored to play at the NCAA Division 1 level.
