How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Although I am extremely competitive, I stay composed and confident on the field and in the dugout. I lead by being vocal, constantly encouraging and supporting my teammates.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I prioritize positivity on the field, in the dug-out, at school, and at home. Nothing is ever more important than maintaining a positive attitude regardless of the situation. I am almost always found with a smile on my face and an unbroken spirit.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Active JROTC member and State Color Bearer; Gold Honor Roll (All A’s) recipient; participant in the Eureka! philosophy and community service club focused on discussion and community service.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Starting softball later than many athletes my age taught me determination and an extreme work ethic. Through community service and participating in community college clubs with my mom, I’ve developed a genuine appreciation for giving back and supporting my community. Experiencing different team cultures has shown me that the most successful teams are those that work together.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Early in my softball career, I joined a travel team after only one year of playing and was initially the least experienced player. Facing doubt and criticism motivated me to work harder, improve daily, and earn the respect of my teammates through effort and performance

What type of college are you looking for?

I am seeking a college with a close-knit, small-town environment that prioritizes community and student involvement. I want opportunities to connect through clubs and organizations while preparing for my goal of commissioning as an Air Force officer in cybersecurity.
