How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I would describe myself as a very loud and outgoing teammate. Cheering and picking my teammates up is something I feel is very important to the game. I firmly believe that it gets the team going on and off the field. I also love to be with my team outside of softball, whether it's at events or just hanging out in the hotel.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I would say my personality is humorous; I love making jokes and seeing people laugh. I play by the ¨Togather¨ mentality, my high school assistant coach once said play as a team, play togather. Once he said that, my mindset was changed. I was playing for myself, but I was playing for my team, for the girls who always have my back.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I participate in a club called FCA, or Fellowship of Christian Athletes. It is a large organization all over the country, and it gets broken down into small groups. My friends and I get together every Friday and talk about the Gospel. Together, we learn and grow our relationship with God. My friend and I are working on startin two clubs at my high schoo, we want to start DECA and Letters of Love.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have very good leadership and love to be incharge. Im the type of teammate that plans things or gets the girls together. I have developed communication, loyalty, courage, patience, and so much more from the game of softball. It has taught me so much. I do community service at my local non-profit Feed My Starving Children.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I had an injury last year that took me out of the game for around 4 months. During those 4 months I got to watch my best friends compeat. It taught me to be patient and not rush back into it, it taught me to help on the bench more. It taught me how to be a good teammate without touching the field.

What type of college are you looking for?

Im looking for a college that will give me stability, comfort, but push me to be the best I can be. Im looking for a college with a beautiful campus so I can enjoy being their. I also look for location, I would like to stay closer to home but if the opportunity came up to go play elsewhere, I would take it. I'm a very adventurous person and love the outdoors.
