How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?
I play with intensity and focus, combining speed, situational awareness, and consistency on both sides of the ball. As a shortstop and utility player, I take pride in being dependable—reading the field, anticipating plays, and doing whatever the team needs to win. My style blends aggressiveness on the bases with calm execution under pressure.
Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?
I’m a competitor who stays composed and positive, no matter the score. I believe in hard work, accountability, and being the type of teammate others can count on. I’m self-driven but coachable—always open to feedback and determined to improve every day.
Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?
Outside of softball, I’m active in my school’s Flag Football team. I’ve also been recognized for academic excellence and community involvement, balancing athletics with a strong commitment to academics.
What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?
Softball has taught me leadership, communication, and teamwork—especially when helping organize defensive coverages or keeping energy high in the dugout. I’ve also learned time management and discipline through balancing travel ball, school, and volunteer work such as youth clinics and community cleanups.
Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.
Last summer, my mother had an accident at work that required her to go through extensive rehab and physical therapy. I had to assist with her care while also traveling and playing a competitive club schedule.
It helped me prioritize what was really important while also allowing softball to provide a needed escape when I needed it.
What type of college are you looking for?
I’m looking for a college that values both academic excellence and athletic competitiveness—a place where I can contribute to a strong softball program while pursuing my goal of entering the veterinary or animal science field. I want a team culture that emphasizes development, character, and a family-like environment.
