How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I’m a fierce, aggressive player with a strong frame who attacks every play with confidence and intensity. I’m relentless in pursuing anything hit my way, competing with energy, toughness, and a never-quit mentality. My goal is to make every ball playable and bring a competitive edge to every inning.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

My mentality is simple, never give up. No matter the situation, I push through adversity and compete until the final out. I am a workhorse who constantly challenges myself to improve and exceed my limits. I bring intensity, determination, and a relentless work ethic every time I step on the field. My passion for the game drives me to give maximum effort on every play.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Outside of athletics, I am heavily involved in academic organizations. I serve as a leader of my school's Diversity Club, as a head officer in the Spanish Honor Society, and a member of the Writing Club, which has strengthened my creativity and communication skills,I was awarded a scholarship through the Lumiere writing program and have placed first in multiple writing contests.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Through my experiences in athletics, leadership organizations, and community service, I have developed strong leadership, teamwork, compassion, and organizational skills. One of my most meaningful experiences was organizing and participating in food and clothing drives that provided support for abused women and children in Costa Rica. This work taught me the importance of service and empathy.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I have endured challenges that have shaped my perspective. The passing of my brother was an experience that taught me strength and perseverance through hardship. I have also navigated being racially ambiguous, which helped me grow in confidence and develop a stronger sense of identity and understanding of others. I stepped away from softball at one point due to mental health challenges.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for a highly competitive, academically driven environment where I can continue to challenge myself both inside and outside the classroom. I am particularly interested in schools like NYU, Ivy League universities, and other Top 20 programs because of their strong academics, and opportunities for growth.
