How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I’m a competitive pitcher with a high in-game IQ. I like to keep hitters off balance with my velocity, spin/movement, and smart pitch sequencing. I trust my defense, stay composed under pressure, and always like to think one step ahead. On offense - I’m a strong, disciplined hitter with power and the ability to drive the ball to all fields.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I’m a quiet but intense competitor who leads by example. When pitching and hitting, I stay focused under pressure and let my performance speak for me. I love everything about the game, but I love winning as a team even more. My mentality is simple: stay composed, compete hard every pitch, have fun, and do whatever it takes to help my team succeed.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I was nominated and selected to be part of the Lexington Youth Commission. This is a team of 9th-12th grade students that plan, promote, and participate in community service events. We serve as leaders and role models for younger kids within our community.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Breaking my finger taught me how to be resilient and adapt. Even though it was on my non-dominant hand, I couldn’t wear my glove for six weeks, which meant no games and no live pitching during practice. I had to adjust my pitching routine and find other productive ways to support my team. That experience taught me that setbacks don’t stop growth - they just change the way you grow.

What type of college are you looking for?

I’m looking for a school where I can grow as a student and as a softball player. I want coaches who challenge me every day, teammates who inspire me to elevate my game, and a program that values hard work. Academically, I want to push myself and prepare for my future. I’m especially drawn to the South because the energy, competition, and love for the game there are unmatched.
