Aliya “AJ” Bennett is an amazing individual both on and off the field. She is a 4.0 student at Carl Albert High School as well as a standout catcher on the softball team. After a phenomenal high school season, Aliya gained recognition. She was included in the 2024 Prep Network TV Player of the Year watchlist. She was a big part of her team winning the 5A regional championship in 2023 and 2024. She is not only a great softball player, but she also excels as a multi-sport athlete. She also participates in powerlifting and track. Aliya had a fantastic fall season with her Epic travel team. Defensively, she was a star, finishing with a .957 fielding percentage and 57 putouts. At the plate, she boasted a .333 batting average, a .444 on-base percentage, and a .844 OPS.
