Alex McCool is establishing herself as a promising two-way prospect, making contributions both in the circle and at the plate. On the opening day of the PGF Super Select Fall Championship, McCool delivered a strong pitching performance, allowing just one hit, no earned runs, and no walks across 2.2 innings. She also made an impact offensively, going 2-for-3 with a hit-by-pitch and a .750 on-base percentage. McCool continues to focus on increasing her pitching velocity, incorporating plyometric ball training into her development. After reaching a personal-best game speed of 57 mph in July, she remains committed to building on that progress and becoming an even more effective presence on both sides of the ball.
