How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?
I play with heart and intensity. Being a team player is one of my strongest assets. Always talking on the field and communicating with coaches and teammates on every pitch is something I value to find success.
Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?
My mentality is see ball, hit ball. My strength is staying up after a strikeout or an error, because I move on and think how to change my mistakes. I
Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?
I am a part of my school's Leo club, which is a volunteer club that organizes events to help others. I also work as a waitress at a local bar to keep myself busy and earn money.
What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?
I have developed all of these skills and many more. Being around the game of softball for over 10 years and playing at a higher level, I found and developed these skills from other teammates around me who I looked up to.
Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.
I went into a hitting slump after a historic freshman year and this caused frustration, but I got out of it after 4 games and ended up leading the team in almost every batting statistic my sophomore season.
What type of college are you looking for?
I am unsure of my future. I could range from 2-6 years of schooling, which widens my college options. That being said, I would like to stay in the Midwest region.
