How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

My gameplay style in softball is aggressive and high-energy. I focus on strong fundamentals and mechanics to stay consistent and reliable in my performance, while always looking for ways to improve. At the same time, I take pride in being a positive presence on the field—keeping my team hyped, supporting my teammates, and helping maintain momentum during games.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I’m an enthusiastic, team-focused player who keeps energy high and teammates engaged. I’m competitive with myself and continuously working to stay positive and give myself the same grace I give others.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

TILT - Teens Interacting and Learning Together Service Learning Church Youth Group

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I love encouraging my teammates and creating a positive, connected team environment. My leadership comes through consistent communication, keeping everyone focused and thinking ahead during games. I also value community service, which comes from growing up in a Christian farming family. I’ve volunteered at a food bank, visited nursing homes with flowers, and helped with community projects.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

One of my biggest challenges was having a coach who didn’t believe in my abilities. I stayed focused on my work ethic and goals, and with my family’s support, I moved to a better environment. That experience taught me resilience and the importance of finding the right fit to grow.

What type of college are you looking for?

I hope to attend a college that allows me to continue playing softball at a high level while being pushed to develop as both a player and a person. Academically, I plan to pursue a degree in kinesiology, and I’m looking for a program that will support my goals in both athletics and education.
