How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I’m an athletic player that uses my speed, quickness and natural power to gain advantages all over the field. I have a 99.2361 ODM Allister index. My goal is not necessarily to lead my team in home runs, but I want to lead them in doubles. Driving the ball hard to all parts of the field and using my speed to get around the bases and driving in runs.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I am a hard worker, but I also love playing this game. I am laid back and calm most of the time, but don’t let that fool. I love to compete and I love to win. I love the idea of working as a team to accomplish goals while pushing each other to find our best possible person.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am active in student government at my high school. I received the science achievement award at my school as a sophomore. My desire to work hard is not limited to the field. I’m a straight A student who also works independently and confidently in the classroom.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I am a leader in my youth group at Declaration Church. I also am part of a leadership group at my school that volunteers with younger students in elementary who are considered at-risk students. My job is to encourage and inspire them to put in the work to find their success.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

It is difficult for me to talk about but I played for a coach that was a bully and would target me individually. It created a lot of self doubt and some mental struggles that still come up on occasion. I saw a therapist for over a year to help me learn how to deal with and overcome those feelings of doubt and struggle.

What type of college are you looking for?

I want to play for a school in college who has a chance to compete for championships. I am competitive, it may not manifest itself in the same ways as other players… but if I’m gonna put in the work, I expect to win and compete at the highest level and I love pushing my teammates to find that same drive.
