Ashlyn Childress from Texas is another talented right-handed pitcher in the 2029 class. The First Baptist Academy student-athlete gets it done both on the softball field and in the classroom, posting a 4.83 GPA during her first year of high school. Childress competes in travel ball for Bombers Gold National 16U Grey and plays a solid first base when she is not pitching. She has already attended multiple college camps and clinics to both improve her skill set and aid in her recruiting process.
