Tina Bussey is another player who was previously recognized by Prep Softball. We previously spotlighted her as an emerging two-way player. Recently, her Lady Dukes National 2032 Chandler-Lamar team faced another Lady Dukes team from the 14U ranks. Bussey’s team won 4-2, and she contributed to that winning effort with an RBI and a single. She joined Lady Dukes National 2032 Chandler-Lamar after a stint with TN Mojo Jones 2032. Her first tournament with her new team was the USSSA Wounded Warrior Tribute in Indianapolis. Her team won the 12U championship after going undefeated for the tournament. Her weekend included four hits, nine runs, and a stolen base. Bussey also made the White Plains softball team.
