Carlynne Schrock is staking her claim as an elite power hitter through her play this spring in the Indiana high school softball circuit. Through her first 19 appearances for Westfield, Schrock has already hit five home runs and driven in 11 runs. In a game against Brownsburg in April, Schrock homered twice and drove in a season-high three runs. Schrock was in the USA Softball High Performance Program in December, and attended camps at Indiana and Kentucky in January. Her attention so far is well-earned and will likely continue to grow.
