About Addison

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Impact player with high softball iq. 5 tool player. Pitcher that throws in the 60's with good spin, locates good, and throws a high percentage of strikes. Elite range at Ss, hit for a high average, extra base power, and a threat to steal bases. Versatile on defense.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Hard working, team player, humble, and always ready for a challenge. Positive energy.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

As an 11 yr old 6th grader I was the starting 3rd baseman. In the 7th grade I was the starting shortstop, in the 8th grade I became the starting pitcher (16-5 record), and in the 9th grade i returned to the circle going 20-2. We finished the season as Florida 2A State Runners-up. These experiences helped me learn, how to adapt, develop grit, and learn what it takes to be a leader.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

As a smaller sized player I've always had to prove I can compete with the bigger athletes. Also, after my 7th grade year my family moved from my childhood hometown. Being a new student in a bigger school and city was a challenge. I was able to adapt, overcome, and excel.

What type of college are you looking for?

I would love to find a school that competes against the best softball teams in the nation. A school that has a coaching staff that creates a positive confident environment to help girls reach their full potential on and off the field.
