Reese Halloran was recognized by Prep Softball back in October as a top prospect to watch in Virginia’s 2030 class. She is a multi-sport athlete who also partakes in track events, alongside her softball accomplishments. Late last month, her 5 Star National 29/30 Crawford 14U team defeated the Virginia Bombers by a final score of 8-5. In the bottom of the third with two runners in scoring position in that contest, Halloran laid down a sacrifice bunt that was meant to score one run, but it actually plated two on a wild throw to make what was a 5-3 Bombers lead into a 5-5 tie. A Halloran RBI single in the top of the fourth in mid-March against the Williamsburg Revolution 14U also helped her 5 Star National 29/30 team to a 9-3 victory.
