About Jasmine

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Focused on consistency and smart decision-making. I play with awareness and adapt quickly. I am also calm and composed I thrive in high-pressure moments and stay focused on execution.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I have a competitive mindset and push myself to get better every day. I take pride in outworking others and staying locked in on my goals. I am always open to feedback. I want to keep learning, improving, and finding ways to help my team succeed!

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am an inductee of the NHS program and I have been featured on the SHS Honor Roll for 2 years.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I’ve learned how to be a good leader and teammate by working hard and supporting others. I stay positive, give my best effort, and keep my composure under pressure. Helping in my community and mentoring younger players has also taught me responsibility and teamwork.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I have always struggled with self doubt. However I’ve learned how to stay disciplined, trust the process, and keep a positive mindset at all times, no matter what happens. I constantly remind myself why I play this game and my love for it.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am interested in a school that is in an urban or suburban area. I also am interested in a school with a great Pre-Med program. Preferred class size to be more on the small/medium side. A place that I can grow as a person, student and player!
