About Michelle

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I play with intensity and confidence at the plate and on the field. I focus on making smart, aggressive plays, staying consistent, and always competing with energy to help my team win.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I would describe my mentality as confident and steady. At the plate I stay focused and composed, trusting my preparation and keeping a clear mindset so I can consistently compete at my best.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I’m on the presidential honor rolls every year. And I serve as the president of my young womens group at church.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Through softball I’ve developed leadership and teamwork skills, learning how to stay positive and encourage others while competing. I’ve also built discipline and resilience through challenges, and I enjoy giving back through community service and helping younger players.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I tore both meniscus and had surgeries on each, which kept me out of all sports for six months. It was one of the hardest challenges I’ve faced, but it pushed me to stay disciplined, patient, and mentally tough. The experience taught me resilience and made me even more determined to work hard, overcome setbacks, and come back stronger on the field.

What type of college are you looking for?

I’m looking for a college with strong academics and a competitive softball program where I can continue to grow as a player and student. I want to play at the highest level possible, surrounded by coaches and teammates who will push me to be my best, in an environment that feels like home.
