Player Bio
How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?
My gameplay style is competitive, versatile, and team-focused. As a pitcher, I stay composed under pressure, mixing speed and movement to keep hitters off balance. As a utility player, I adapt quickly to any position, making smart plays and contributing wherever my team needs me. I pride myself on my work ethic, high softball IQ, and ability to be aggressive while maintaining control of the game.
Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?
I have a determined and hardworking mentality, always pushing myself to improve and compete at the highest level. I stay focused under pressure and thrive in high-intensity situations. As a teammate, I bring a positive attitude, strong leadership, and a team-first mindset. I believe in leading by example, staying coachable, and always giving 100% effort on and off the field.
Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?
Outside of softball, I’m involved in my church’s youth group, where I enjoy giving back to my community and growing as a leader. I also have a passion for technology and creativity, which led me to compete in the Kentucky State Student Technology Leadership Program (STLP), where I won 2nd place in the Creative Digital Art Product Showcase.
What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?
I’ve developed leadership by motivating teammates and leading by example. Teamwork is key to my game, as I value communication and trust. I also give back through mentoring younger players and community service, always striving to make a positive impact on and off the field.
Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.
One of the biggest challenges I’ve faced challenge has been balancing the demands of being a two-sport athlete, playing both softball and basketball while maintaining my academics and other commitments. It’s taught me time management, mental toughness, and the importance of pushing through adversity to reach my goals.
What type of college are you looking for?
I'm looking for a college with a strong softball program where I can compete at a high level while also receiving a great education. I want a school that values both athletics and academics, with a supportive team culture and coaches who will push me to grow as a player and person. A campus with a positive atmosphere and a strong sense of community is also important to me.
