How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Competitive! I have excellent game IQ, superior range, and quick hands. This allows me to react quickly in turning double plays. This past summer, I helped turn a triple play which helped win a close 1-0 game in a high level showcase. I'm always thinking of my next move and positioning myself based on what I see going on at the plate. I'm aggressive on the base path and consistent at the plate

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I'm determined and I love setting goals! I constantly monitor my progress through throwing velocity, hitting, defense, and strengthening/conditioning training outside of my high school and travel ball training. I lead by example and have a team-first mentality.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

In addition to travel and high school softball, I also play for my high school basketball team. I am very involved in my church, attending early morning scripture study at 6 A.M every school day. Additionally, I am the class president of my young women class at church. I have also received several awards for being a member of Girl Scouts, including several years of top seller cookie awards.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Through playing organized sports, I have developed resilience, leadership, and consistent work ethic. My experience as a Girl Scout helped me with my marketing and communication skills, landing me an article in the Wall Street Journal in 2020. My church experiences have helped me to serve others in my community. All of these experiences have helped me to be a well-rounded individual.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

One of the biggest challenges I have faced is balancing sports with religion. Through this challenge, I have had the opportunity to meet youth all over the country that practice my religion as I attend church throughout different areas of the country that I play in.
