2032 Standouts Who Love The Big Moment

Some players seem to get better when the pressure rises. These 2032 standouts have made a habit of coming through in key situations, delivering clutch hits, big defensive plays, and timely performances throughout the season. The bigger the moment, the more comfortable they seem to be. Below, Prep Softball highlights five standouts from the high school graduating class of 2032 who love the big moment. Emily Sternerson is a player who thrives in big moments. The Colorado Batbusters 12U Barth shortstop combines elite speed with high softball IQ, allowing her to make an impact in all phases of the game. Stenerson is hitting a team-leading .515 and has 41 stolen bases, creating scoring opportunities whenever she reaches base. Defensively, she is a steady presence up the middle with her instincts and athleticism to make difficult plays look routine. Emily Stenerson's ability to stay composed and make winning plays in key situations is a big reason she has become one of the top players in the 2032 class. Madelyn Edwards is at her best in big moments this season. The leadoff hitter does a great job getting the offense started and finding ways to impact the game. She is hitting .492 with a .557 on-base percentage while adding 24 stolen bases. Once she gets on base, her speed becomes a problem for opposing defenses. Whether it's delivering a clutch hit, starting a rally, or turning a walk into a scoring opportunity with speed, Edwards consistently finds ways to help her team when it matters most. Madelyn Edwards' ability to produce in key situations has made her a driving force for her team. Kate Estep is a player for the Beverly Bandits who welcomes the pressure that comes with big moments. Whether it's a ground ball hit her way at third base or an important at-bat with runners in scoring position, she wants to be the one making the play. The confidence she shows in those moments comes from the work she puts in away from the field. Estep continues to work on her game whenever she can. This preparation has enabled her to deliver clutch hits and make significant defensive plays that have contributed to her team's multiple championships. In high-pressure situations, Kate Estep's team trusts her to make an impact. Caroline Green brings a steady presence to the field and impacts the game in multiple ways. The CO Batbusters 2032 outfielder continues to improve her range, allowing her to cover a ton of ground. At the plate, Green has been a tremendous asset for her team, with a batting average of .500, 48 hits, and 29 stolen bases. She is a player her team can truly depend on, having struck out only eight times in 113 plate appearances. She may not be the loudest player on the field, but her quiet confidence shows up for her team in big moments. Caroline Green's offensive and defensive contributions make her a trusted player in crucial moments. Dallas Smith has never been afraid to compete against older players. The Lady Dukes National 14U standout has consistently played up in age groups and continues to make an impact wherever she is on the field. The left-handed pitcher lives in the 60s and has shown the ability to strike out hitters several years older than she is, while also contributing at the plate with a combination of speed and power. As a leadoff hitter, she posted an impressive .640 batting average over a recent weekend. Dallas Smith consistently rises to the occasion in critical moments, both offensively and defensively, earning her the nickname "The Answer."
