Ella Rackley is the kind of player coaches love having in the lineup because of her consistency both on and off the field. The 2030 athlete put together a strong 2025 season, hitting .414 with a .476 OBP while adding 22 extra-base hits, 3 home runs, 58 RBIs, and 26 stolen bases against top national competition. She's athletic enough to play almost anywhere defensively, standing out in the outfield with her speed, strong instincts, and arm strength, while also looking comfortable at third base. What really stands out about Rackley, is the way she carries herself. She always plays with a smile on her face, brings positive energy every game, and stays steady no matter the situation. That kind of attitude is contagious for a team and is a big reason why she continues to grow into a leader on the field.     Ava Wyatt continues to be a steady leader for Texas Glory IL 2030, making an impact on and off the field. No matter where she's hitting in the lineup, Wyatt finds ways to help her team win, whether that's by driving in runs, moving runners over, or doing the little things that keep innings going. She's currently hitting .343 with a .881 OPS while adding 33 RBIs and 40 runs scored. Defensively, Wyatt has taken on a major role in center field, where her softball IQ, communication skills, and ability to read the ball off the bat stand out every game. She is such an important part of her team because of the energy she brings to her teammates. Ava Wyatt is constantly encouraging others, bringing positivity to the dugout, and creating an atmosphere that her teammates feed off of every time they take the field.     Violet Xaverius continues to stand out as one of the more advanced young catchers in the 2030 class. Playing for Team San Diego Baca 16U as an eighth grader, Xaverius already works comfortably with high-level pitchers several years older than she is. She does a great job controlling the game from behind the plate. Her ability to read hitters, recognize situations before they happen, and quickly communicate adjustments stands out right away. Defensively, she combines a strong softball IQ and a 1.92 pop time, making her a real presence behind the plate. Offensively, Xaverius has also been a steady producer in the middle of the lineup, hitting .426 while competing in high-level bracket play. Between her leadership behind the plate and her offensive consistency, she continues to show she can compete well beyond her age group.     Ruby Rice continues to stand out as a true five-tool player, who is capable of impacting the game in every aspect. Playing for Rhode Island Thunder Gold 14U National Lieto/Lotti, the 2030 athlete brings power at the plate. Rice also demonstrates strong defensive ability in both the infield and outfield. She consistently leads her team in offensive categories and plays the game with a lot of energy and enthusiasm that teammates naturally feed off of. Defensively, Rice's athleticism and instincts allow her to make plays all over the field, while offensively she brings a strong mix of power and consistency at the plate. Whether she is in the dugout, on the field, or in her community, Ruby Rice carries herself with confidence, positivity, and maturity beyond her years.     Ally Halstead is one of the most versatile players in the 2030 class and she continues to make an impact all over the field for her team. After dealing with Sever's disease and spending less time pitching during 2025, she stepped into an even bigger role offensively and as a utility player. Halstead hit .458 with a .490 OBP while adding 15 extra-base hits, 48 RBIs, and 18 stolen bases against top competition. She's difficult to defend as a switch-hitter who can slap, bunt, and drive the ball from both sides of the plate. Defensively, her athleticism and arm strength allow her to play multiple positions comfortably in both the infield and outfield. What also stands out about Halstead is the way she leads. Her softball IQ and calm presence make her someone teammates naturally look to both on and off the field.     Hannah Peck is a hardworking 2030 athlete who continues to set herself apart through her dedication to the game and competitive mindset. The Team San Diego 14U Aguirre player is dedicated, often staying late after practice and taking extra pitching and hitting lessons. Peck has always embraced pressure situations in the circle and has built a reputation as a go-to pitcher throughout her career. As she prepares to enter Rancho Bernardo next year, she's focused on making an impact right away at one of the top high school softball programs in San Diego. Hannah Peck excels not only in softball, but also as a talented artist. Her artwork is displayed in her school district's main offices. Her strong work ethic, competitiveness, and steady demeanor make her a natural leader both on and off the field.
