It was roughly a full calendar year ago when Mackenzie Jones tossed her first career shutout as a sixth grader at Louisa County Middle School in the central portion of the Commonwealth. As of early April in her 2026 middle school campaign, Jones had tossed 12.1 innings while striking out 30 batters and only allowing three walks plus one earned run. She announced her move to Top Gun 12U Rocha in February after a stint with the Stars National Noerr 12U program. Jones' bread and butter is what she gets accomplished in the circle, but she recently notched a big achievement at the plate with her first career home run, as she sailed one over the outfield fence.

The growing list of accomplishments for Layla D'Amico already includes a 12U All-American selection. Recently, D'Amico and her Atlanta Vipers Kotula 2031 squad took part in the Queen of the Diamond invite and played up in the 14U division, along with going undefeated and earning a championship. D'Amico would hit four home runs with 10 RBIs along with scoring eight runs of her own with a .462 batting average that weekend. She continued her stellar work in the circle at the PGF Georgia Oaks event, which included fanning 11 batters while only allowing three walks, two hits, and one earned run in a 10-1 victory over Firecrackers Rosa 14U.

It was not long ago when this talented 2031's Texas Bombers 12U Gold team took home the TFL Juniors Spring Series Stage 1 tournament championship. Maddie McDonald is a multi-sport athlete who has also taken part in track and field events alongside her growing list of softball accomplishments. During that tournament, one of the contests McDonald took part in was against Team Steel Taylor 12U. McDonald contributed to a 12-0 run-rule rout of Texas Bombers 12U Gold's opposition with an RBI triple in the first inning. Her consistency in making contact led to two singles, two doubles, and a triple in early March at the Bombers Shootout in College Station, an invite at which her team finished 5-1.

Reagan Fisher is a promising prospect out of Arkansas who not only can be placed in a team's defensive lineup as a utility player, but also as part of a team's battery as a catcher. She also recently claimed USA Softball Region 4 All-American honors. A highlight of Fisher's 2026 travel season occurred last month when her Lady Cardinals 13U team put together a 17-4, four-inning rout of Tulsa Elite AR 30/31 14U. Fisher slugged home runs in three consecutive at-bats during that game. More recently, Fisher delivered a double and a single as one of eight hits that powered her team to a 10-0 three-inning victory over AR Mudcats 14U.

At the beginning of the season with Loreauville Junior High, Jordyn Delahoussaye had a goal of hitting her first career home run. She accomplished that feat back in mid-March and it was likely the first of many that will travel off of Delahoussaye's bat past the outfield wall. Defensively, she catches in addition to playing the left side of the infield. Her Cajun Express Broussard team recently took part in the Angels 4 Autism tournament. She batted .526, in addition to collecting seven RBIs, scoring six runs, stealing three bases, and delivering a pair of triples. Delahoussaye helped her team to a 6-2 weekend. She completed her first season at the junior-high level with a .435 batting average and a .972 fielding percentage. Delahoussaye is a multi-sport athlete who also plays volleyball.
