The fall season has already started to showcase the next wave of softball talent in the circle. Across the country, young pitchers are stepping into big moments, testing themselves against elite competition, and proving they have the tools to shine at the highest level.   From commanding fastballs to pitches with sharp movement, these arms are showing the blend of skill, work ethic, and competitive drive that separates aces from the rest.   Below, Prep Softball highlights five promising pitchers making their presence felt in club softball this fall.    Anna Jane Jarzab has not yet taken the circle for the fall schedule, but her path is set to run through some of the nation's top events with her Top Gun 16U National team. She will be competing in tournaments such as the Easton Rawlings Fall Invite, PGF Show Me The Money, Bombers Exposure, and the Clearwater Fall Classic, where her skills will be tested against elite competition. A true all-around talent, Jarzab excels not only as a pitcher, but also as a hitter and middle infielder. Her greatest weapon is the movement on her pitches, which consistently frustrates hitters. During her freshman high school season, she made her mark nationally by leading all freshmen in the country with an astonishing 0.48 ERA. This fall, she has dedicated herself to gaining strength and attending college camps, showing her commitment to growth and her determination to keep elevating her game. A 2028 two-way pitcher and hitter, she blends athleticism with grit, making plays in the circle and in the field while holding her own at the plate. Her numbers reflect the work she puts in away from the spotlight. Rastatter is up early before school to get her reps in and stays late at night to refine her game. That tireless routine shows on the field, where she consistently dominates lineups. Vivian Birkla opened her fall season in dominant fashion, winning her first tournament with Indiana Magic Gold National and punching a ticket to Alliance Nationals 2026. Her delivery is compact and repeatable, allowing her to command the zone while showcasing an improved screwball that recently reached a new personal best in spin and movement. What sets Birkla apart is her commitment to athletic development. She has focused heavily on the weight room this fall, training to increase explosiveness and stamina. The results are already showing, as her pitches carry more late action and her velocity continues to trend upward. With a championship start to the season and a growing arsenal, Birkla is shaping into a pitcher with both polish and projection.     Maliyah Lewis made her mark this summer by helping her Texas Bombers Gold 14U team capture the AFCS National Championship, showing she can compete at the highest level of club ball. In the circle, her power stems from an explosive lower half. Her leg drive and leap give her the kind of extension that creates both velocity and late life on her pitches, making her a tough matchup for hitters. This fall, Lewis has dedicated herself to strength and speed training in the gym, while also refining her craft at college camps. The focus on building athleticism has made her more dynamic, while the camp experience has sharpened her mechanics and pitch command. With her physicality, competitive pedigree, and commitment to skill development, she projects as a pitcher with the tools to dominate as she climbs the ranks.     Presley Moreno brings a steady mix of competitiveness and production every time she takes the field. At the Prospect Wire Space City Warmup, she showed her two-way ability by hitting .333, while also delivering seven innings in the circle, allowing just one earned run on six hits with six strikeouts. That balance between offense and pitching makes her a valuable asset to her Hustle Nation team. Her fall has also included strong performances at the high school level, where her Bears have started 6-0. In one recent outing, she went 2-for-3 at the plate with a single and a double, while striking out four in two scoreless innings of work. Moreno is also gaining exposure at college skills camps, building on her reputation as a competitor who thrives on grit, heart, and the drive to keep improving.
