GR Diamonds Courtade

This 15U team from Muskegon, Michigan, rolled through their competition this summer. It's mainly comprised of players from the class of 2028, including Khloe Courtade, Brookyln Dobberstein and Gianna Lahr. Thus far since the start of summer, they've won over 40 games, finishing top five out of 32 teams at states. Despite being down a few players due to injury, they never finished below fifth in a tournament this summer and added even more depth for the fall run. Their coach, Adam, said he's looking forward to continuing to challenge the team with tournaments in Michigan, Indiana and Tennessee along with more fall and winter tournaments to enhance their already tremendous squad.

Central Florida Fury

The Central Florida Fury as an organization have been dominating the Southeast at nearly every level. But their 14U team stood head and shoulders above their competition all summer. Playing across the country in SFP, PFG, USFA, and USSSA, Central Florida Fury collected win after win throughout the summer. That grueling schedule can be a lot, especially for incoming freshmen and eighth grade players trying to also get ready for the start of high school. But a team that had to go through a summer facing that stuck together, and is looking for an even more successful fall slate.

Texas Glory South

From the end of May until the end of July, this 16U team rolled through tournaments across the country. From the Triple Crown Texas State Championship to the Triple Crown Colorado Sparkler Power Pool, the team, coached by Kris Donahue, continued its winning ways and rich history. Their roster is loaded with talent from players in the class of 2027, class of 2026 and even Emalyn Martinez, a member of the class of 2028. The team has two players who are already committed to playing in college in Mylei Donahue (St. Edward's) and Rose Harrelson (Hendrix), and the squad is looking for a strong end to 2025.

TX Voodoo - Traub

Texas Voodoo's 16U team, coached by Cory Traub, put up highlights all summer. The squad had a really young team this year, with some players even being members of the class of 2030. Despite that, they put together winning weeks consistently and made it deep into tournaments throughout the summer. They developed a talented roster of players willing to move around the diamond and slide into roles they might not be accustomed to. Along with that, they saw contributions in the circle from the likes of Ella Thiele, Emmaryee Roberson and Kylie Traub, who are all lockdown arms that saved the team consistently. They are set up tremendously well for an exciting run this fall.

Sluggers Carolina

This 16U team based in West Columbia, South Carolina, is a talented group made up of players everywhere from the class of 2027 to the class of 2029. Their best showing was at the USSSA State Championships in June, where they finished in second place. Throughout the summer, they consistently placed in the top five of some of the best tournaments in the Southeast, going up against other teams jam-packed with talent. Though they will be down a few players and are currently looking for a catcher and center fielder, this summer proved that players are going to continue to step up for Sluggers Carolina.
