This dual-sport athlete works on the field, in the classroom, and also on the basketball court. She diligently develops her craft and takes every opportunity to get extra work in. As an 8th grader, she thrived both in the circle and at the plate. She boasted incredible offensive stats, including a .783 batting average with 3 doubles, 2 triples, and 2 home runs. She batted in the leadoff spot for her team and used her elite speed to steal 16 bases. Megan had a perfect 5-0 record in the circle, only giving up one earned run. Her travel ball stats were just as impressive with a .561 batting average, 32 doubles, 11 triples, and 7 home runs. She had 45 stolen bases and struck out only 9 times. A left-handed batter, she launches the ball to all fields, boasting power and consistency. Kamryn has a flashy glove in center field, making amazing catches look easy. Because of her speed and accuracy, she turns hits into outs. In the classroom, she studies diligently to pursue high-quality grades in each of her classes. In the circle, she shines with a high spin rate ranging between 1000-1200 rpm with above-average velocity. She consistently has good command and control over her pitches. Grace has a six-pitch arsenal that features a two-seam fastball, screwball, and rise ball. In her previous season, she pitched 163 innings with 181 strikeouts. Because of her versatility, she can be found in the circle, at first base, or in the outfield. She is a dedicated softball player who is always working to improve upon her skills. MaKena attends regular hitting and pitching lessons as well as working on her own in her basement. She is dedicated to gaining strength and hits the gym five days a week. Offensively, she is a lefty power hitter who packs a punch. MaKena's 2024 summer ball stats include a .354 batting average, 12 doubles, 3 home runs, and 3 championships. MaKena finished at the top of the leaderboard in six categories at the Texas Bombers Showcase. Off the field, she holds the position of vice president of her freshman class. Her bat is dangerous and she sees the ball well, allowing her to recognize balls and strikes with ease. Her outstanding swing is not only consistent, but also powerful. She is a heads-up base runner and is not afraid to take an extra base.
